Thank you for visiting our internet website (“Site”).  Your privacy is important to us, and we are providing you with this Agency Online Privacy Policy to give you information about how we manage information gathered from this Site managed by us and our affiliates, herein referred to as ‘The Company and its Affiliates,’ ‘Us,’ ‘We,’ ‘Company.’

Website Visitors

Site Functions

You may be required to provide certain information in order to use some of the functions on this Site (“Site Function(s)”).  Examples of Site Functions available through our Sites include the ‘Apply’ link, all functions of the ‘Client Portal, the ‘Contact’ link or ‘Get in Touch’ link, or any other link that is contained on this Site.  Each Site Function will provide guidance regarding whether and what information is necessary to utilize the function. If you purchase the Company’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by us. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Company website. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from our Company so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information.  The Agency is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the websites not listed in this Online Privacy Policy.

Further, each affiliate party to this Online Privacy Policy will have their own Privacy Policy pertaining to their non-website related activities.  Such information is generally provided when a visitor becomes a customer but feel free to request a copy using the specific contact information of the affiliate listed in the latter part of this agreement.

Use of Your Personal Information:  We collect and use your personal information to operate our website(s) and deliver the services you have requested.  The Company and its Affiliates may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from The Company and its Affiliates. We may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered. The Company does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Site Usage Details, IP Addresses and Cookies
